The Lindell Beach Cabin project was created multiple times throughout the program. The first iteration was created using AutoCAD. Then, using the AutoCAD plans, we used SketchUp to model the cabin in 3D. We revisited the project later in the program to create the cabin using Revit.

The Tiny House assignment was the first architectural project completed using AutoCAD. A wood frame structure was to be designed on top of a steel trailer frame. The design needed to provide a dining, kitchen, bathing, living and sleeping areas all within the limited footprint of the trailer frame and comply with highway regulations. This project introduced how to use AutoCAD to create plans, elevations, sections and organize model space.
